Job Description

Albatross CX is part of the Customer Experience Group, an alliance of agencies all focusing on elevating the Customer Experience delivered by luxury brands. In the group, four agencies collaborate closely to provide a whole set of professional consulting services to our international luxury clients. The agencies include Wisely Insights, Smart CX, Face2Face, and Albatross CX.

Albatross CX is a global Customer Experience agency specializing in measuring and analyzing the Customer Experience. Combining multiple methodologies to deliver the most insightful and impactful recommendations, the company aims to assist our global clients in delivering a better customer experience through the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Industries we serve include the Cosmetic, Fashion, Watch amp; Jewelry, Automobile, etc. The brands we work with include but are not limited to Gucci, La Prairie, Chaumet, Boucheron, IWC, Tory Burch and Sephora.

Currently, we are looking for a Project Operation Specialist based in Taipei to join our global analyst team. You will report to your line manager who is based in Dubai and you co-work with colleagues from different countries worldwide. Requirements

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare and set up questionnaires on the system (ERP)
  • Debugging the logical conflicts/system errors and make sure a smooth project launching
  • Be the gatekeeper of the questionnaire quality and enhance the overall analytical output
  • Manage daily requests from different departments around the world
  • Data crunching and support Analysts in report creation
  • Final report quality checking and proofreading

[REQUIREMENT]

  • Detail-orientated, fast learner, good time management and able to work in a fast-paced work environment with a can-do attitude
  • Strong logical mind and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sensitive to numbers and able to multi-task
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written, oral communication abilities in English
  • Experienced with ERP or quality control would be a plus
  • Passionate towards the Luxury and Fashion industry
